TETRA CAD
pattern making module realizes, all processes concerned
with garment patterns rapidly. It is designed quite
flexible and user friendly, in order to make modelists to
work as practical as in manual work. TETRA CAD also
supports the users to complete the model’s patterns and
also supports to calculate the fabric cost by providing
the information of unit metraj/grammage.
The main patterns can be created automatically by using
the “automatic pattern library”. The base size of the
patterns will be made automatically with grading and seam
allowance. The operator only needs to select the model
from library and to enter the measurements of pattern to
get the result, without the use of a digitizer.

All model modifications such as cut, dart
pleat, facing, slit, pocket place e.t.c. can be applied on the
pattern in one step. The user will never need to manuel study
on paper. |

MARKER MODULE |

TETRA CAD marker making process is an easy and
quite practical operation that makes you save time and
fabric. It includes the practical applications in
operation in the light of the market
requirements. According to the changes in the fabric
width, it is possible to slightly interfere to the
patterns, during the marker placing operation. You can
also find solution for tubular, striped and check
materials. |

The
information about the marker, such as the efficiency, fabric
width, marker length and unplaced pattern amount, is
displayed on the screen during the operation that provides
user a continuous control at each step. The patterns
can be modified on the marker screen without any return to
the pattern module. The changes on the fabric width
and length can be obtained, with or without any change in the
existing marker, just by changing the ratio of the fabric
elasticity values on related location.
The marker
report can be converted into a Word or Excel document in
order to make it possible to transfer it, as e-mail
to any other computers not having the software
